About the company On January 1, 1989 "Alberto's Property Maintenance" stared just mowing lawn in North County Area; The Company is owned by Alberto Beltran. Alberto has a degree in agriculture and Certified Nurseryman by Mira Costa College. Alberto is specializing in plants and designs all faces of construction.
His goal was to create a new company in North County. Between the late 80s and early 90s his company was growing into the Maintenance Division only. By early 92 "Alberto's Property Maintenance" was using construction techniques and services. By the late 90s his company had more than 156 accounts as commercial and residential service. By the mid 90s "Alberto's Property Maintenance" changed its name to "Tierra Bella Landscape". Since then "Tierra Bella Landscape" has been working hard every day to create a reputation in the San Diego County.
